Storyline file not opening

We are currently working on a project where the client has shared Articulate Storyline source files from an older course. However, when we try to open these files, we encounter the followi...

It sounds like the files may have been stored improperly, maybe in the cloud or on an external drive. Storyline files should be stored on your or the PC harddrive. If you open a case and send the file to Articulate they may be able to open it and save it for you. I would go in that direction.
