Storyline file will not "preview" or publish to Review 360

I have been working on 2 storyline files and neither will allow me to "preview" or publish to Review 360. I have saved the files using a different name, closed Storyline completely, and restarted my system but still get the same message.  Can you please tell me what I should do to get the files to allow me to preview them? Here is the error message I keep receiving. Thanks!
