Storyline freezes on specific words

for some time my Storyline freezes on various words, if they are present on the current slide. It becomes unresponsive for minutes, then I can shortly interact (I'm using this to esc...
Hey. So I've found out, that setting spell checking to ignore URLs and ignore uppercase did get rid of the freezing. But I still don't know why this is even happening.
