Storyline interaction doesn't work properly in RISE

You should be able to set the course thumbnail on the player tab, if you have media on the first slide it will have an overlay and. play button 

And will always have an overlay on  a mobile

thanks for your reply but it doesn't seem to do the trick, still get the black screen.

Please see screenshot, should I tick somewhere else? 

Hi Mona! Are you viewing the Rise 360 course from a desktop computer? If so, is the browser window the full width of your computer screen? 

If you're still unable to get around the black overlay on a desktop computer, you can send the course Share link to our team by opening a case. We'll have a look and let you know what we find!

Thanks for reaching out. However, one in the Articulate team contacted me by email so I have already got help :-). It showed that I had missed to select "show on first page" next to the thumbnail in the player.
