Storyline preload handling
I have a series of mp4 videos at the beginning of every slide as an intro (plays automatically ), each of which is around 1 MB big and 5 seconds long. My questions are:

Storyline does this automatically, you'll see the description of how we preload slides and stream videos here.
If you're having issues with course playback, a few other things I'd look into:
- Where is the course hosted for playback? Could you also try using SCORM Cloud or looking at uploading to Tempshare?
- What browsers are you viewing it in? Depending on your version of Storyline, there are specific browsers which support our HTML5 output.
- Can you try loading it on a different internet connection?
