Storyline reporting quiz score and evaluation completion.
Hi Jason,
Thanks for reaching out! In Storyline 360, only one tracking option gets reported to the LMS even though there are ways to set up Multiple Completion Criteria. Since you need a quiz score reported, it seems like selecting the option to complete a quiz is the best choice here.
It also sounds like your LMS does not have an ideal option for filling out an evaluation, and you'd like to include it in Storyline. Unfortunately, that's a better function of an LMS. Still, there are some workarounds you can try to implement, like embedding a Google Form that a learner fills out and submits or reporting a value of a variable. I've included some details below. I hope this helps point you in the right direction!

Ren,
Thank you for your response. I have looked at this and still have some questions. I have created a Google Doc form and have it working fine in the story. My only issue is how to I make sure the learner passes the quiz and completes the evaluation (Google Doc) before the LMS shows the course complete. I have made a test story but when I load it into our LMS is shows the course passed before the evaluation is complete. Is there a way to use a course completion trigger when the survey is complete that will also report the quiz scores for the LMS. Our problem is the internal evaluation in the LMS is not user friendly at all so I am trying to get this to work using Articulate. I have attached the Test Story I am trying to get working if someone there had a minute to look at it.
Once again thank you...

Hello Jason!
I understand that you'd like the learner to pass the quiz and complete the evaluation, a Google Doc, for the course to be marked complete in the LMS. We don't currently offer a way to track the completion of a Google Doc, but I'm sure it can be done using a workaround.
I see that Ren linked two helpful discussions! I also wanted to let you know that it doesn't look like the .story file was attached to your reply. Would you mind attaching it to this discussion again for others to take a look?
