Storyline Review problem

Hi, I have created a Storyline course where the user can go through the course more than once, but on the second go through they see a different menu.  When the client has been reviewing this they keep getting the second menu coming up even though it is their first run through.  I don't get this problem when previewing in Storyline.

I have asked them to clear the cache but that doesn't rectify it. They have also used a laptop that they've not used before to view the content and it still happens.  They are using Chrome.  It has happened to more than one person too.

Any ideas why this might happen as I can't publish the final version without having resolved this?
