Storyline uploaded to LMS wont advance slide
Hi all,
I have a Storyline file and each slide has arrow icons with the trigger set to go to previous or next slides, and a menu icon set to trigger to open a navigation menu layer.
I have set the player to hide/turn off all default navigation so that only mine are visible (no prev/next at bottom of screen etc)
In preview and review, everything works perfectly fine.
Once uploaded to our LMS, when trying to navigate off the third slide (using the navigation menu or the arrows), I get the loading 3 dots (spinning wheel) and it won't move on.
Any suggestions?
Thank you so much everyone for your suggestions! After a few hours of troubleshooting we found that it was an issue of the video on the next slide blocking things - when we set the publish setting to “static” for video playback it started working 😁
I suggest taking a look in the developer console to check for any potential errors.
After that, I'd suggest uploading your course to SCORM Cloud and testing it there.
