Studio 360 Presenter File Won't Sync/Update

Hey there, everyone:

I currently have a case submitted to Articulate, but I wanted to see if anyone else might have a solution. I am currently updating some eLearning courses that a coworker created. While I am able to make updates to the PowerPoint files, none of the audio changes are "sticking." That is, I've had to replace the audio on several slides, but after doing so and publishing the course, the old audio remains. Furthermore, the Presenter file is not updating, which seems to be a clear tell that there is something wrong. Any thoughts?
