For the feedback you could create a form in MS Forms and embed in a Rise Embed block. Use power automate to link submitted forms to an approvals process that updates a SharePoint list or excel spreadsheet. Then point your Power BI at the list or spreadsheet and it will refresh automatically.
Appreciate the feedback. Now I just need to figure out how to do that or explain it to my Power BI guys who do not have any formal training. Can't make this up.
