Tab key in quiz (accessible course) leads directly to OK and not to another choice

Hello all,

I'm working on an accessible course that I want to make usable with keyboard controls, specifically the tab key. I have a quiz question with multiple choices. I had it in mind that you can tab to select the choices and after the last choice you tab to the OK button. But I now have the problem that I tab from the first choice directly to the OK button and not to the next choice. This is only possible with the "arrow down key". What have I set wrong? Please find attached a screeshot with the settings and the published qiuz slide.

Best regards
Laura

  • Hi, Laura.

    Thank you for reaching out!

You are correct that the arrow keys are how keyboard users select the answer choices in a multiple choice quiz slide.

Take a look at this article for information on how those questions work with keyboard only or screen-readers.

  • As Maria points out that is expected behaviour and what a user using accessibility options would expect to happen.
