Tabs block in rise : how to keep a consistent height between tabs?
How do I stop tab blocks from flickering in size when the content of each tab isn't the same height?
When we navigate the tabs, the page is jumping around all over the place and it is so incredibly distracting and annoying.
I work with visually impaired students and the twitching is causing problems.
I want to be able to either specify an overall size for the block or the block should just size itself according to the largest tab.

I have never experienced what you have described.
Are you able to post a screenshot/video of what you are seeing?
Sure here is a gif of what happens when you change tabs.
I'm in the process of removing tab blocks because of this so the last tab doesn't have much anymore but some of the content is as bad as this.
Even the background image is being cropped.
Very jarring visually.
Quite unbelievable that something as intentionally limited and visually inoffensive as Articulate Rise is allowed to behave like this.
I checked several existing Tab blocks with varying amounts of content n each block.
I then created a few new Tab blocks with varying amounts of content on each block.
In each case, the Tab blocks functioned correctly in both Editing and Preview mode, and not like the one shown in your GIF.
I suggest that you open a Tech Support case.
