TalentLMS...any good?
Actions are good for things like dripping weekly content to the users and emailing specific people either updates, or completion notices. Super easy to setup. We are just starting to dig in to the API as we started with the wordpress integration to try and get around the limitations. We found the wordpress integration is also limited in that it only displays the LMS data in one way and all of it. You cannot adjust or remove things you do not want to see. This means we have to use the API to call exactly what we would like to display. This is the ONLY thing we found difficult with TalentLMS. It meets every other requirement and is extremely robust for an off the shelf LMS. Hope this helps!

I agree on the API. It's taken me a little while to figure it out and the documentation leaves a lot to be desired (in my case I don't have PHP available so all of that would have to be converted).
Sorry to keep bugging you but have you ever had an instance where you gave a pre test that allows the user to skip a course if passed? Could that be controlled through Actions?
