Thanks for all the replies. I did end up going with TalentLMS. Pretty much all LMS's at a certain level offer the same services. For my situation it came down to how much control I wanted to have and ease of use for the end user. TalentLMS has almost every feature you could want. However, this can lead to having too many choices. For me...I like fine tuning everything so I don't really need the vendor s involvement much. The price is phenomenal for what you get.
TalentLMS has been a fun LMS to work with so far but it does require you to think outside the box and come up with a strategy to fit your situation. There are a couple of things I'd change about it like I wish they had better forums similar to this forum or making what they call Actions work exactly the way I want them to. Better API documentation and something other than PHP would be nice too! Overall I'm happy with it so far!
