Teams License to enable sharing

Hello, 

 

I am sure this comes up a lot but could not see any response that clarified...

I am being told that where I work, an Articulate 360 license can only be transferred to another user once per annum.  The issue is none of us require the license all year, but also never 100% clear when it will be needed so for example there maybe 2 licenses between 4.  Is there an upgrade so it can be transferred at will, within a Team ?

    You can transfer a teams license two times the number of licenses you have.

    e.g. you have 10 licenses you can transfer those licenses 20 total
