Text Entry Box text will not wrap

I am having issues with the text that is typed in a text entry field not wrapping. Sometimes the text will wrap and sometimes it will not. Am I missing a setting or something that will correct this ...

    Hi, everyone!

    I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 76, we’ve included important fixes and new features!

    One enhancement we’ve included:

    Data-entry fields wrap text to multiple lines based on the “wrap text” option rather than the height of the field. You no longer need to make the height more than 60 pixels.

    To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Hi there, Diana.  I'd like to confirm a couple of settings to see if what you're experiencing matches an issue we know about:

  • Are you using a text box with a variable reference to display the text-entry field text? And is that where you are seeing it fail to wrap?
  • Does the inputted text include spaces?
  • Are you viewing the Flash or the HTML5 output?  How about the Preview within Storyline?
