Is there a resolution for this issue yet?
I also received this error today. Glad to see it's not just me. Hopefully an answer will come soon.
My team encountered the same issue and only seems to affect files created/saved recently - in the last 12 hours in our case. I'm hoping we don't lose access to the files altogether; we're talking 20+ projects we can't afford to redo.
Update: Seems to only affect those with version 3.48.24116.0. Team members who have not yet updated to this version do not encounter the error when saving their *.story files but they are unable to open *.story files saved using the new version.
Update: We found that quizzes created on the newest update freeze when reviewing your answers. This happens both when previewing a project and when published.
Rolled back to a previous version and the issue no longer occurs. BUT, files already saved in the latest version still cannot be opened. Good temporary solution though if you absolutely need to start a new project.

I just wanted to chime in here and let you know that we released an update for Storyline 360 that fixes an issue where:Project files wouldn't open after adding a result slide due to an error with text scrollbars.Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and either Check for Updates in the drop-down next to your profile or click the Update button for each application. Has a fix been issued for Storyline 3? I have the same issue with the latter when opening some Storyline 360 files, although those files do not include scrollbars.

Hi, I'm having the same issue trying to open a 360 file in Storyline 3 and getting the text scrollbars error despite the 360 file not using them (from what I can tell) - please help!
