The Storyline 360 disappeared after "initializing component"
Hi,
I just installed storyline 360 on Mac (I downloaded parallel). However, whenever I clicked to open, it showed "initializing component" and it disappeared.
I have troubleshooted by rebooting the computer, enabling .Net Framework, reinstalling, making sure it's the latest version, etc.., but still not working.
I would like to know if there are other issues/reasons that I am missing. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you’ve already done some solid troubleshooting, and we appreciate the steps you’ve taken so far. Since you’re running Storyline in Parallels, I recommend reviewing the steps in this article: Using Articulate Software on a Mac with Parallels Desktop
In particular, these steps often help resolve launch issues:
- Work exclusively in the Windows environment instead of dragging files between Mac and Windows or saving them to a shared drive
- Turn Coherence Mode off in Parallels so you can stay within the Windows interface while using Storyline

Thank you so much for the reply. So far it's still not working, so I might have to get the private support.
Quick question, will it have to do with the fact that I'm using trial version of parallel and articulate 360? Thanks in advance.

Try downgrading to a version released before the corner radius option was introduced (such as Build 3.99...). Then, restart the Articulate Desktop app and click "Check for Updates" to install the latest version.
