Tracking Storyline block in Rise through Moodle - completion

Hi there,

I am hoping someone can assist me.

We have a self-assessment that learners complete at the start and end of a course in Rise on Moodle as the LMS. Though we used Rise's quiz function, our requirements have changed.

We've designed and built a Storyline self-assessment where learners can rate their confidence in the topic. The grade reflects in the gradebook on Moodle. The problem is that Moodle is no longer tracking the completion of the Rise course, just the grade from the Storyline block. 

Since this block is embedded in a Rise course, we cannot use the LMS export function to track completion.

How can we extract both the grade the learner receives (in the Storyline block) as well as track the completion of the Rise course in Moodle?

    Hi Carine, 

    Happy to chime in!

    Embedded Storyline 360 blocks in a Rise 360 course cannot report quiz data to an LMS since they lack the necessary files to communicate this information. You can only use Storyline 360 blocks to track course completion, but only your Rise 360 course will communicate additional information to your LMS.
