Transcript font changing color and size

I am working on an older SL 360 course.  I noticed two things:

  1. Font in Scormcloud was white on white background.  I think I figured this out.  The font must be black on black (or white) in SL and then it appears correctly in Scormcloud.  
  2. Font had gone from 12 pt to 9 point on some slides.  I did not change this.  Seems very strange.

I am using Articulate 12 point font and it is normal text in the transcript and not transcript text (older course).
