Transfer courses to a new instance of Rise
My company was just acquired and I need to move all my Rise courses from the current instance of Articulate to the new instance that my new company uses. Is there a way to do this?
This is a really useful question, especially after an acquisition when there are two separate Articulate 360 instances involved. I didn’t realize that keeping the same email address when moving to the new subscription can allow personal content to carry over automatically. For courses that need to be moved to someone who isn’t staying on the old subscription, the “Send a copy” option also seems like a practical solution. Definitely worth checking the account setup before manually transferring everything one course at a time.
