Triggers randomly stop working

I am creating simulations for SAP trainings. When i shared published files with my colleague, I realised some triggers stopped working randomly and the simulation was not moving forward. Sharing the screenshot of the settings. Can someone pls explain what are the perfect settings so they move forward smoothly. I just want - trainees enter data and it moves to next step. 

Am regretting my decision of creating simulations, should have stuck to videos.

    I'm happy to help determine what is stopping the triggers from working! I'm having a difficult time understanding the setup of your course without seeing the actual .story file. Do you mind sharing the .story file with us? You can attach it to this private discussion or upload it privately in a support case.

    Sure Lauren, Let me confirm with my manager as I work for govt org, I am generally not allowed to share such info outside.
