Trouble uploading video to Rise
Hello,
I have been working on creating courses in Rise. For two weeks, everything was going fine. This week, however, videos won't upload. No matter what computer or internet I try, videos won't upload to the video multimedia block. I have reset my modem and router at work and at home, and reset both of my computers, but still no go. Both computers are new, one is a Mac less than 2 years old, and the other is a PC laptop that I purchased 3 weeks ago.
I'm not sure what else to try, any suggestions?

Hey Heather! So sorry you're having trouble uploading videos to your Rise 360 course.
My teammate, Renson, requested a copy of your video file so he can test the upload on our side. You can send that video directly to him here.

Hello - I am having this same problem today uploading a video. Is there a size limit? This is a one video webinar so thinking that might the issue. Thanks!
Hi there, Jill. While you can add virtually any media type, there's a 5 GB limit for each media file that you upload to a Rise 360 course.
It might be helpful for us to get some details about your video. Will you share more with us here privately (length, file format)? You can even attach a copy of your video for us to test. Thanks!

I am having the same problem. I have created many Rise courses that include the Multimedia block with videos, but now they are just not uploading. What is going on?

I am also having the exact same problem, and urgently need it resolved so I can upload revised videos (which I managed to upload no problem beginning of last week) before a course goes live. I've submitted a ticket.

I'm having the same difficulty with latest update to RISE. Prior version worked much better. Is there a reason or anticipated work around for this? I didn't see any updated info. of solution.
I will say after multiple attempts and after considerable time allowing for the upload processing, it usually will complete. Just not in the 90 sec worst case scenario that it used to do.
Hi there, Laurie. Sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading videos to Rise 360. A video shouldn't take more than 90 seconds or so to fully upload, so I'm glad you reached out.
What web browser are you using to author your Rise 360 course? Does this problem happen with any video file you upload?

Same issue here on uploading video to Rise. I keep getting the error message "There was an issue uploading. Please try again."

Same here. Same videos as last week won't upload anymore. There is an issue, but it's not clear what the issue is.

I am sorry that you are experiencing this snag. Does this seem to happen for any video you try to upload or just specific ones?
