True False Variable Trouble

Hello,

I am working on a branched scenario in storyline. Each branch has it's own list of questions. They can pick any branch they want in whatever order. I set the true false so that it would go to the end slide once all the branches had been gone through, but it's not working. I attached a version that's been modified to a shorter version, but could someone please take a look at one I'm doing wrong? It's the true false variables I'm focusing on.
