Unable to export audio
Hello DavidNaylor-894,
Happy to help!
I tested this behavior by creating an audio file with AI-generated text-to-speech content in Storyline 360, exporting the audio, and uploading it into Rise 360 and I can confirm that I didn't run into any errors along the way. Can I ask if you are still experiencing the issue? If yes, try generating a new audio file from Storyline 360 to see if the issue is specific to the one file you are trying to upload.
If the issue persists, please share a copy of your audio file here so we can troubleshoot it to see what's happening. Let us know how it goes!

Hello,
I have the same problem. I'm trying to export an AI-generated-Text-to-Speech audio to use in Rise, but always get the error message "Were sorry something went wrong with Articulate and it might close."The things I tried:
- generating and exporting from an existing storyline module in 3 ways (right click on file in timeline, Audio Tools -> Options -> Export, from Media Library)
- creating new storyline file and exporting in 3 ways
- closing said new file and reopening it and trying again
- generating Autio without captions and trying again
Please find the file attached

Hi LD_Sabrina!
Sorry to hear you're also having trouble exporting audio files from Storyline!
Thanks for providing your file! I tested all three scenarios you shared, and was unable to replicate the same behavior. Each time, the AI-audio file exported without error, and I was able to upload them to a sample Rise 360 course.
I suggest exploring the solutions my teammates shared earlier in the discussion. If you've confirmed you are working locally, and repairing your Storyline installation doesn't improve the issue, please connect with our team through a support case.
They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

Thank you for your help. I reinstalled Storyline, but that didn't help, but I found out that .NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services was only partly activated. After activating everything, I was finally able to export the AI-audio files without a problem.
So thank you!
