Unable to Open PDF Document From SL Resources Tab

Hello, I am testing a published SL module in my LMS’ Test Zone that contains two PDF documents in the module’s Resources Tab. I am only able to open one of the PDF documents. I have tried both renaming and re-creating the PDF document (created from a MS Word document) that will not open, but I keep receiving a “404 Not Found” error message.

I appreciate any troubleshooting tips you can provide.

    Sometimes, this can happen if the path to a file is too long. It counts the names of all the folders it has to navigate to get to the containing folder, as well as the name of the file. Another cause can be if the name of the file contains non- alphanumeric characters.

    I think that was the issue. I re-created the document with a shorter name and am now able to access it in our test LMS. Thank you for your response!
