Unable to Publish

Hi there - I have finished a project in Storyline and when clicking Publish, and then selecting the LMS tab, the project begins to load and then I receive an error message "Error Report: we're something, something went wrong with Articulate storyline and it might close..." Can someone let me know why this is happening?
