Unlimited attempts question quiz
Hi,
I have a quiz and I have a retry layer. However, when you click on Retry button, the slide and objects doesn´t reset, even if I have set it up as "Reset to Initial State" and each question is unlimited attempts. I´ve also checked all the triggers and everything seems fine. What should I do?

Make sure that your Try Again button doesn't just hide the layer. You will want to change that trigger to Jump to Slide - This Slide
Hi Ron, that´s completly right and I can see that this is the problem actually. I am trying to set that trigger, but for some reason it doesn't appear "this slide" whithin the options. Any idea why?

Make sure the first Action is "Jump to Slide"
Then if you select Next slide in the Trigger Wizard, you should see "This Slide" in the drop down
Sorry Ron, I've realized that I was trying to do it from a slide in the quiz bank. I have taken the questions out from the bank and it works now, I guess that was the problem, right? Thank you

Happy to chime in! You can retry a quiz taken from a Question Bank draw by adding a Retry Button in your Results slide. Doing so would automatically add a "Reset Results" trigger and a "Jump to slide" trigger that Ron pointed out above. I would not touch these automatically generated triggers to avoid any issues with the reset functionality. Redoing the Retry button outside of the question bank may have helped in solving the behavior you encountered.
