Hi Lauren,
Thank you for the tip. I will try this next time when I experience the shadows again.
Meanwhile I have already re-edited the texts by using the Format Painter.
I also asked the Articulate support team for a solution. They could not produce this error and suggested to deinstall the Articulate app and install it anew. I will do this as soon as the problem appears again.
