Will there be an alternative publish to CD option please?
We find this option useful.
Many thanks

Hi Chris!
If you're looking for a way to share your files for viewing offline, you can publish for web distribution and share the zip file with your learners. They would then extract the contents to their local drive and open the story.html file in a supported browser to launch the course. Note that web objects and online resources won't work when viewed locally.
By the way, could you let me know how you're using the publish-to-CD output? We're tracking input on this, so I'd like to share your scenario with the team. Thanks!

I have used the publish to CD option with non-profits who distribute learning content to remote locations (e.g., Indigenous communities, African continent villages) and places with low-bandwidth. We found the CD option the most accessible to these communities because they can just pop the CD in and play the content from an auto run. It's more complicated to distribute zip packages that they have to unzip.

Hi Leah!
That makes sense. Publish to CD seems to work great, especially for those in remote locations and with low bandwidth.
We appreciate your input regarding this matter. I'll make sure to share this with our team and take it as an opportunity to find a better alternative.
