Update: Articulate 360 will discontinue support for Internet Explorer 11
Hi
I have a problem with an eLearning module which was running fine in Edge in IE compatibility mode but now is not launching in our LMS since I updated my storyline software to fix another issue I had. I am on on the August update.
We can't currently turn off the IE compatibility mode until other changes are in place as this affects other parts of the system.
The eLearning starts with a short video on the first screen. The eLearning works in Chrome but Edge is our default browser. See error message a colleague has received (attached). Does this look like it is the IE compatibility mode now not working because I have updated my Storyline software? Can I revert back to a previous version if this is the issue?
