Uploading to LMS
Our LMS is called ESR. When we create a course on rise 360, publish and upload to the LMS when we then view the course it is not full screen. We receive courses from external providers using rise360...

How your Rise course is displayed in your LMS, is determined by the LMS, not Rise.

in what you are saying, there could be an issue with how we are uploading on the LMS? IS there anything we should be doing?
Hi Laura,
You may need to reach out to your LMS support to check for how you can control the launch behavior of your course windows. As an example, SCORM Cloud allows you to set the launch behavior of the course to Full Screen (as shown below):
ESR may have a similar setting that can set your course to full screen.
