Thank you for providing such detailed feedback. I understand how disruptive this has been for you and your team, and we appreciate the effort you've put in to isolate the behavior.
Also, I see that my teammate Janina has helped you through your support case. As she shared, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes:
- Storyline courses may crash unexpectedly when viewed on an iOS device.

Is it possible to get access to an older version of storyline360? I know you can download some earlier versions with the 360 app, but its limited and I would like to use a version prior, like early 2025.
