User Accessibility and Closed Captions VTT File Workflows for Video Incorporation into Rise

Hi there elearning Heroes!

Seeking your recommendations for workflows to ease the process of VTT file development when:

a) Video file needs audio transcription (voice to text auto-generation)

Which applications/tools do you use?

Searching for accuracy with:

• Voice to Text
• Time stamp (on-screen CC text tracking to audio) file format
• seamless  export into the VTT format - currently toggling between multiple applications to do so

b) Video has an associated transcript however needs to be added (with timing) for VTT file format/export
