User Progress between courses
Hello,
While researching new LMS vendors, I was told that a system allows in-place updates of a SCORM file, "but the SCORM designer must ensure that the "new" SCORM file is compatible with the progress from the "old" SCORM file, or the existing user's progress won't "load" when the SCORM file is updated with the new filed."
How can I ensure this progress compatibility when creating updates?

When you update existing course files in your LMS or web server, learners who previously started the course won't be able to resume where they left off. They'll start over at the first slide in the updated course. I recommend checking with the LMS vendor on this. Please let us know if you have any questions!
