Using Articulate 360 Trial on Microsoft Surface Tablet

I am looking for assistance in using an Articulate 360 Trial on Microsoft Surface Tablet. It will allow me to put in my sign-in credentials but once I click on the 'Sign-in' button it stops...

Sure, I will open a case and share with the above details:
- After clicking the sign-in button nothing happens. It looks like it tries to process the request. Although I get a faint circle with a line through it.
- I have tried the browsers: Edge, Chrome, and Firefox
- The email address is Team@PeopleStoriesCharity.org
