Video a bit blurry when inserted into Storyline

Hello - I've created several videos in Powtoons and they tend to become a tad bit blurry when I put them into my storyline file. See attached screenshots for the file before and after in storyline. It's not that noticeable, but I'm wondering if you have any suggestions for fixing it. Thanks!

    I'm happy to help! What is the video import for Powtoons videos? Also, are you seeing the same blurriness when publishing?

    I'd like to have our Support Engineers take a look at your project! You can share the .story file with their team in a support case. They'll take a look and offer additional troubleshooting steps.
