Video captions localization for Arabic not working

Question

Hi, creating a course in Arabic. The "captions off" on video block [CC] is still in English even though I have changed the labels to Arabic. Works fine with say French. So with French selected in labels "captions off" is changed to French.
Arabic is a supported language...

Hi, HP Life! That's right!&nbsp; Arabic is one of the supported video player languages in Rise.&nbsp; Please try the following steps and see if the video player is still showing captions off in English:

Create a new Label Set.
Export the New Label set for *.XLF translation.
Translate the *.XLF file to the desired language.
Upload the translated *.XLF file. (Upload from XLIFF)
