Video (image 360 label) Size Changes After Publishing in Storyline 360
Hello,
I am encountering an issue with a video added to a 360 image label. The video was recorded with a mobile phone and has a resolution of 1080x1920 (9:16). The video size changes when I publish the file; however, it displays correctly when I preview it in Storyline. I have attached images showing the video during preview and after publishing. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this issue?
Thank you!

Hello PS-9261fbfe-7a2,
Thanks for reaching out! I tested this on my end and was unable to replicate this video behavior within a 360° image.
- What version of Storyline 360 are you currently using?
- You'll want to be sure you're on the latest update (Build 3.96.33815.0). You can update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app if needed!
- Can you view the course as expected when publishing to Review 360?
- You mentioned Preview is displaying accurately, but when you publish, this occurs. Where are you hosting your course and what publishing option are you selecting?
Looking forward to hearing from you!- PS-9261fbfe-7a2Community Member
Thank you for your response, Luciana. I am currently using the latest updated version of Storyline (Build 3.96.33815.0) and publishing it on Review. Here is the link to its Review. I haven't altered any settings when publishing it on Review; I am using the default options.
Hi PS-9261fbfe-7a2,
Thanks so much for sharing your Review link in this discussion reply! I'm able to experience the same video orientation change that you shared within the original screenshots.
- Do you happen to experience this same behavior if you insert another video file into the course? I'm curious if this is isolated to this specific video file.
It would be helpful to take a closer look at your file as well. Feel free to upload your .story file to this thread or privately in a support case so we can investigate this further.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
