Video is stuck in processing
Hello,
All of my videos keep getting stuck in processing. I have tried closing the browser, deleting and re-adding the video block, canceling and re upload.... clearing my cache and nothing helps....
Hi Carmen! So sorry to hear that your videos keep getting stuck in processing. Please try accessing Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window to check if the behavior is the same. (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n)
