Video not auto-playing in LMS

I need a video to play automatically, without a play button. I have created an initial slide so the video is on slide 2.  I've tried setting the video to play automatically. I've also tried setting a trigger to play media when timeline reaches .25 seconds (suggested through other posts).  Neither of these work.  How do I get a video to play automatically without the need to click on a screen?
