Video Stutter when Published

Hello! I have a scene that looks great when I preview it in Articulate, but no matter what resolution I choose for publishing, the video stutters at the 9-10 second mark.

This stutter coincides with multiple animations happening at once, but I am hoping to find a solution without changing the current design. Any help is appreciated.

  • Hi Jason,

Good news! I think I found the source of the issue! On Oval 17 the duration of your animation is .50 seconds. Whereas everything else is .75 seconds. Changing that made things look a little smoother. Also, the dot in the exclamation point is slightly bigger than the Oval 17. Matching the size of the two would make it look even smoother.

    I hope this helps!

Thank John for those comments. I made the ovals larger to match the exclamation and that portion looks nicer. However, when converted to a video, there is still a stutter at 00:09 when the vertical bars pass through and the logos fade in.

The stutter/choppiness only happens in the exported video, not in the preview.
