Video upload/embed issue

Hello!

I am having an issue today. Typically my mp4 videos upload and process. I am finding today it's uploading but processing is just rotating and never actually completing the upload. I tried closing out of everything, I cleared my cache, and I even went to the extent of embedding instead and that doesn't work either. I also attempted with other videos I have already uploaded in other courses. nothing.

Any body had this issue?
