Hi Josh,

I'm sorry you're having this issue with videos flickering. We would love to troubleshoot this for you! Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case?

    I did provide the file and then support wants me to screen capture things. That feels arduous. 

    I'll admit it isn't a huge request to ask me to do that - but I feel confused as to why the project file isn't enough.

      Thanks for getting in touch with our support engineers! I'm not sure why they are asking you to capture your screen. I'm not in the loop on what they are testing. I would reply to the support engineer with that question via the email you receive.
