Videos Freezing or Not Playing After Latest Storyline 360 Update
Can you share one of the slides that is having the issue or a screenshot of the trigger panel?
Facing same issue, i don't know what is wrong. Some slide audio is not coming, some slide's video is not playing, trigger are fine. Please help me, i am in a deadline and could not figure out what is happening

I'm sorry to hear that audio and video from your Storyline course is not playing back as expected!
It's tricky to tell what could be causing the issue, just from the screenshot alone. I've opened a support case on your behalf and sent you a link you can use to share a copy of your .story file privately. I've also escalated your case to our support engineers who will be happy to troubleshoot this with you!
In the meantime, can you share if this behavior occurs across all Storyline projects with audio/video, or is it specific to one file?

I have this same issue when loading any MP4 video into storyline. What's the fix?

I came across a similar case and wanted to share a quick thing to check. Make sure your .story file is saved locally on your computer while you’re working on it, rather than on a network or shared drive. Working from a shared location can sometimes cause issues like this.
It would also help to know if this happens in a brand-new project or only in your current file. That can give us a better sense of what’s going on.
