Videos jumping to the start image at the end of the timeline
Hi heroes!
I have recently had articulate re-installed on a new laptop and when reviewing or publishing courses the embedded videos are jumping to the start image instead of remaining at the end before the learner has clicked the forward button. In some cases the videos jump to a black screen. The DirectX diagnostic tool settings are all correct, the videos have been extended to ensure there is enough time at the end of the video, but it is still happening. The strange thing is when I ask my colleagues to publish it does not happen. What am I missing here?
Hello EmmaMarsh-c3214! We are happy to help! It is fascinating to know that this behavior only occurs on your end and not when your colleagues publish the course. I have a feeling this might be related to the triggers you've set, but it is hard to tell without seeing the project file. Is it possible that you could share the .story file with us? You can either share it in this discussion or privately in a support case.
