Videos no longer playing
The videos that I have used from rise 360 templates have disappeared. Can you tell me what I need to do to get the videos back?

Thanks for reaching out!
If you're familiar with the name of the template that you used to create your course, you can use that template again to start a new course, and then save the block with the videos as a Block Template, which you'll then be able to re-use in your original course.
