My query is that I have articulate storyline published file, which I also uploaded on google cloud console to get the online link of course, now my query is to view the course offline on my tablet how to do that?

you can always copy either the folder or the SCORM package to your tablet and then start the course through the *.html-file within the folder/package.

It is not supported, when I view the story.html file it open in browser showing the html code

Do you have a pop-up blocker which prevents you from running the SCORM package properly?
Could you try to open the story.html with a different browser?
