Hi Anna! When you export a Rise course it saves by default to your Download folder and sends an email with a download link for the course as well.
If it happens to everyone in your team, did you try checking with your IT department? They might have configured downloads to redirect to another folder.

Hi Hazel,
Thank you for your quick feedback
that's exactly the problem, until now we found the downloads in our folder and from now on this folder stays empty.
We also get the mail about the download but the download itself we can't find anywhere.
