We have encountered a problem loading your voices

Hello, I can't create any more synthesized voices using Storyline 360's AI feature because of this error message. No matter how often I click on "Retry", it doesn't work. I also cannot edit the AI voices already created in my project. The same problem occurs when I open an empty project. I have just updated to the latest Storyline 360 version and I've still got 7 days left on my free trial. Does anyone else have the same problem?

    Hi Jennifer, 

    Sorry that you're experiencing a hiccup with the voices. Did this clear up? If not, I'd start by closing Storyline, signing out of the 360 app, and then signing back in again to see if that clears anything. If not, could you let me know and I'll make sure we have our Support team reach out to you.
